02Pricing and the unit of sale

03Travel and surcharges
No travel charge. Parking is free where it is available; where it is not, the actual paid-parking cost is added to your invoice. The congestion charge is added to your invoice where it applies. There is no call-out fee and no evening or weekend surcharge.

04When a booking is confirmed
A booking is confirmed when payment is verified, and not before. Verification comes from a signed notification sent by Stripe directly to Haven; returning to the site after paying does not itself confirm anything. Until that notification arrives the booking is held as awaiting payment, and the site says so rather than implying the work is scheduled.

05Services quoted rather than priced
Some services on this site carry no published price and cannot be added to a booking. Asking for a quote is a request for a figure, not an order, and no payment is taken at that point. Work begins only once a price has been agreed and a booking made in the ordinary way.
